Summit Lake Township
The Summit Lake Township Board is publishing this notice to inform the land owners and tenants in Summit Lake Township that it is unlawful to farm any part of the township road right-of- way, which is 33 ft. from the center of the road. The township will destroy any crop planted in the township right-of-way at the landowners expense as permitted according to Minnesota Statues Chapter 366.015 Subdivision 1 and 2. If you have any questions contact a township board member. Please obey the law and govern yourself accordingly.
