A Mass of Christian Burial was held for Rhett Gerald Boltjes, on Monday, April 16, 2018 at St. Adrian Catholic Church, in Adrian, MN officiated by Monsignor Richard Colletti. Rhett was the infant son of Jonas and Sara (Schipper) Boltjes, of Lismore, MN. Rhett passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018, at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD. A private burial will take place later at St. Adrian Cemetery.
Rhett is survived by his parents; two sisters, Brylin and Makenna Boltjes, Lismore, MN; paternal grandparents, Herman Jr. (Dawn) Boltjes, Luverne, MN; and Audrey Boltjes, Worthington, MN; maternal grandparents, Kevin Schipper, Fulda, MN; and Marsha (Marv) Abels, Montrose, SD; one aunt, Dana Schipper, Florida; and two uncles, Derek Schipper, Fulda, MN; and Jarod Boltjes, Minneapolis, MN.
Dingmann Funeral home was in charge of the services.
