The Panthers hosted the Mt. Lake Area Wolverines Thursday. The scrappy Panthers shook off early quick losses to the Wolverines to win the third game only to fall in a close fourth set. Scores were 16-25, 11-25, 25-23 and 22-25.
Senior Ashlyn Meester led the Panthers in stats going 12/12 from the service line and finding the floor with 6 kills and adding 3 digs to her stats. Senior Morgan Dreesen went 17/18 from the service line with 14 sets assists and Senior Kallie Chapa was perfect from the service line 12/12 with 2 aces, she added 3 kills and 6 digs.
The Panthers travelled to Lamberton to take on the Red Rock Central Falcons Tuesday taking a tough loss on the road losing in three 13-25, 9-25 and 6-25.
