NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Adrian will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 26, 2018 at City Hall; 209 Maine Avenue in Adrian, Minnesota, Nobles County to adopt Ordinance number 93, 2nd Series. Said Ordinance amends Adrian City Code, Chapter 11 Entitled “Land Use Regulation (Zoning)” by amending Section 11.5 Titled Fire Zone, Subd 3; and by adopting, by reference, City Code Chapter 1 and Section 11.99, which, among other things, contain penalty provisions.
Written and oral statements will be considered at the meeting. The Ordinance, along with applicable flood zone maps, can be viewed at the hearing or at Adrian City Hall.
