NOTICE OF PLANNED HEARING FOR TWO VARIANCE PETITIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Adrian will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2019 at City Hall; 209 Maine Avenue in Adrian, Minnesota, Nobles County.
To pass upon a petition for variance as received from Jason & Amber Like (Bryngelson), 220 Indiana Ave; Lot 7, Block 28, First Addition, City of Adrian, Nobles County Minnesota. Said variance is to build a garage east of the exiting home. The garage is to be constructed on the above listed property seventeen (17) feet from the Third Street West street right of way. This construction does not meet the thirty (30) foot Street ROW requirement, as per City Code.
To pass upon a petition for variance as received from Sy Lonneman & Sons, Inc. (Jerry and Connie Lonneman) for the property listed as 416 Oklahoma Ave; Lot 7 & 8, Block 20, First Addition, City of Adrian, Nobles County Minnesota. Said variance is to build a home with attached garage. The home and garage is to be constructed on the above listed property twenty (20) feet from the Oklahoma Avenue street right of way and twenty (20) feet from the Fifth Street East street right of way. This construction does not meet the thirty (30) foot Street ROW requirement, as per City Code.
