NOTICE OF PLANNED HEARING FOR A VARIANCE PETITION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Adrian will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 22, 2019 at City Hall; 209 Maine Avenue in Adrian, Minnesota, Nobles County to pass upon a petition for variance as received from Lezlee Roemeling 112 Indiana Ave; Lot 9, Block 29, First Addition, City of Adrian, Nobles County Minnesota. Said variance is to build a pole shed in place of the existing home/shop. The shed is to be constructed on the above listed property one (1) foot from the North property line. This construction does not meet the five (5) foot side yard requirement, as per City Code.
Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting
