Said real property shall be sold to the highest bidder by auction pursuant to the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment entered in the above-entitled action (Court File No. 53-CV-19-426) on August 16, 2019 against Defendant/Mortgagor and in favor of Plaintiff/Mortgagee; to satisfy the judgment entered for Plaintiff/Mortgagee in the amount of $62,679.35, plus interest that has accrued from and after June 01, 2018, plus applicable costs, disbursements and attorneys’ fees due and owing under the Note and Mortgage. A certified copy of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment has been delivered to the Nobles County Sheriff.
The redemption period from the sale will be twelve (12) months from the date of confirmation of the sale by this Court. The real property must be vacated by 11:59 o’clock p.m. on the last day of the redemption period.
