The AHS marching band competed in Sioux Falls on Saturday Oct. 7. They placed 5th out of 14 bands. The marching band has done well at previous competitions. The band placed 2nd at the Turkey Day Parade and tied for 4th in the Tri-State Band Festival. The theme selected for the marching band season is Spirit of America. They wrapped up their season with their indoor concert on October 13th.
