The Blandin Foundation has provided grants that have allowed for the creation of “hot spots” which many rely on for internet service. “A fully connected community is just right around the corner” according to Nobles County Administrator, Tom Johnson.  Lismore Telephone continues to play an important part in the fiber optics needed for this project.  Those attending the meeting were Mark Loosbrock, Bill Loonan, and Darwin Veld.

Lee Diekmann of Tampa, FL spent the last week in the home of his mother, Doris Diekmann and visiting with his siblings that live in the area. Lee enjoyed spending time in the combine and helping with the fall harvest.
