The Red Cross Bloodmobile organizers, Joyce Erdman and Avis Stoffel, were satisfied with the number of donors who “answered the call” for blood on Tuesday, January 24th. Lismore fell short of their 31-pint goal by just six units. The Red Cross staff had permission to close up two hours early due to the weather conditions. Thank you to everyone who took the time to donate and braved the weather to “save a life”.

St. Kilian “Misfits” Dinner Theater has been cancelled for this year due to the lack of performers. Organizers want to encourage people to get involved. Be a part of a fun and fulfilling group! The plays have parts for every actor’s ability. There seems to be a need for more men…so step out of your winter doldrums and join the group! Many patrons will be disappointed that there is no play this year!!
