Family and friends gathered at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church on Saturday morning to celebrate the life of Lois Loosbrock.  Lois passed away at the Adrian Country Cottages on November 29th at the age of 94.  Her former neighbor and dear friend, Fr. David Krogman of Brandon, SD officiated at the funeral Mass.  Sharing many memories, Fr. David brought to light the ways Lois lived her life—one of dedication to God and family. Our sympathy to her boys and their families: Gary & Vickie and Mark & Jeanne of Lismore and Steve & Sandy of Eagan.  Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews, will also continue to share memories of a great lady!

Lismore Rescue Squad and the Adrian Ambulance were quick to provide help to Jeff Weidert following an encounter with stock cow that required veterinarian attention.  Jeff has a fractured pelvis and will have a long road to recovery, starting with lots of physical therapy.  He is hoping to be home soon.  Jeff and Jan and the boys-Nick, Justin and Brandon are so grateful for all the prayers, calls, and support they have been given.  Small towns can’t be beat when it comes to caring!!
