The American Legion Auxiliary will celebrate the Christmas season on December 18th at 6:30 p.m. Roberta Wieneke, Joyce Erdman, Ellen Henning, and Ruth Lorang will serve lunch.
Congratulations to the winners of the Lismore Booster Bucks at Lismore’s Santa Claus Day on December 14th. Winning $20 each were Alyx Dahmen, Karon Nagel, Kris Weidert, Joe Henning, Madisyn LeBrun, Barb Reker, Jeremy Roelfs, Todd Kern, Jacy Diekmann, and Angeline Reisdorfer. $25 winners were Lydia Diekmann, Lisa Diekmann, Avis Stoffel, and Ann Drenth.
What better way to spread holiday cheer than to carol at the homes of friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Several local carolers turned out Saturday night to do just that. The music was well received and it was a fun way to get in the Christmas spirit. They all gathered at the Lismore Bar for snacks and appetizers to end the evening.
Leaving the Minnesota cold behind, Brad Diekmann of Chanhassen and Jeff and Jill Diekmann of Lismore were guests in the Dale and Linda Diekmann home in Fort Myers, FL. Lee Diekmann and his friend, Ana of New Port Richey, FL also joined them for a visit.
Deb Lutmer met her sister, Carol Giroux of Wheaton, and their friends, Karen Wenz of Hector and Beth Palm of Elbow Lake in Willmar on Friday evening. The ladies attended the performance of “The Greatest Christmas Pageant Ever” at the Barn Theater.
