The Lismore Booster Club regretfully reports they have cancelled the Easter Bunny activities for this year. They are still planning to have the Friday movie nights this summer. Stay tuned for more information.
Congratulations to Kelli Miller for placing 4th in the State Knights of Columbus Free throw shooting competition for twelve year olds. The contest was to be held on March 28 but due to COVID-19, the competition was cancelled. The winners were determined by their regional shooting scores. The 1st and 2nd place winners shot 23 (the tie breaker was district score), 3rd place sunk 22 shots, and Kelli was next with 20. Kelli is the daughter of Todd and Joan (Pinky) Miller of Balaton and the granddaughter of Jerome and Mary Weidert of rural Lismore.
Congratulations to Wade and Lacy Loosbrock of Mandan, ND on the birth of their son, Hudson Curtis born on March 14th. Local grandparents are Brenda and the late Bruce Loosbrock and great-grandparents Mary Ann and the late Florian Loosbrock.
