NOTICE OF PLANNED HEARING FOR VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Adrian will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016 at City Hall; 209 Maine Avenue in Adrian, Minnesota, Nobles County to pass upon the petition for variance as received from Karla Lenz, 205 Nevada Avenue; Lot 17; E 100’, Block 7, Original Addition, City of Adrian, Nobles County, Minnesota. Said variance is to install a concrete driveway south of the existing home with a garage structure to be added at a later date. The driveway and future garage is to be installed/constructed on the above listed property two (2) feet from the South property line. This construction does not meet the five (5) foot side yard requirement, as per City Code.
