The Lady Dragons kicked off the week dominating the Mt. Lake Area Wolverines on October 10th. The Dragons more than tripled the score put up by the Wolverines in a one sided Dragon win in three, 25-10-25-11-25-3.
Miah Kunkel’s serving was an unheard of 25-25 with 2 aces thrown into the mix. Mayssa Tweet continued consistent serving with 17-18 and 2 aces. Lexi Slater went 16-17 at the service line with 1 ace.
Mayssa Tweet dished up 15 set assists to her hitters. Kaysie Tweet led the Dragons with 10 kills followed by Miah Kunkel with 7 kills and Bailey Lonneman with 7 kills.
Adrian’s record improves to 15-9.

The Dragons travelled to Edgerton to take on the Dutchmen on October 12. The Dragons improved their record to 16-9 with the win over the Dutchmen in three games 25-18, 25-23, 25-15.
Avery Balster fired the defense up leading the Dragons with 4 blocks. Lexi Slater’s defensive play frustrated the Dutchmen as she dug up 15 balls. Offensively Kasie Tweet had 13 set assists and 7 kills followed by Miah Kunkel with 8 kills and Bailiey Lonneman with 6 kills.
Lexi Slater would lead the servers going 20-21 with 2 aces while Miah Kunkel would serve 15-16 with 2 aces.
The Dragons record improves to 16-9.
