Our Easter weekend was fantastic and the weather was one of the best. We spent the time in Minneapolis at the son’s with plenty to eat and do. The green grass has conquered the frozen earth and life will bloom again.
There will be a rush through summer and fall that astounds everyone and leaves us wondering how it happened. There will be favorite times and some that will be best to forget. We hope the adventure will be worth it. Use the time well.
The world gets more insane every day. The mass shootings are horrific and the victims are undeserving. It is easy to blame guns but the problem is our society. Bombs, guns, vehicles and chemicals are all part of the violence unleashed. I don’t have the answers, but it would be wrong to concentrate on one. When a child runs with a scissors, we know it’s the behavior that’s the problem. It could have been a pencil, stick or toy. There is no easy answer but there are usually hints to the problem. Awareness is a big step in the right direction.
