Addyson Hanig and Cody Milbrath were married on Friday, June 16, 2017 at a 4 o’clock ceremony at the Cathedral of Saint Joseph in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
The bride is the daughter of Ann and Mark Mueller of Chamberlain, South Dakota, and Tony Hanig of Winner, South Dakota. Addy is the granddaughter of Louise Burns, Chamberlain, South Dakota. Addy is a 2012 graduate of Chamberlain High School and will be a December 2017 graduate of South Dakota State University’s College of Nursing in Rapid City, SD. Addy is currently doing her nursing preceptorship.
The groom is the son of David and Lori Milbrath of Springfield. Cody is the grandson of Raymond and Yvonne Milbrath, Springfield, and LaVonne Huisman, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and the late Marvin Huisman. Cody is a 2011 graduate of Springfield High School and a 2015 graduate of South Dakota State University, Brookings. He is employed by ADM as a Swine and Beef Specialist.
The Rev. Andrew Swietchowski officiated the ceremony, along with Deacon Stillman Slason, great-uncle of the groom. Martha Burns, aunt of the bride, was Scripture reader.
Following a trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple will reside in Wagner, South Dakota.
