Meals on wheels for the month of October were members of the Zion Presbyterian Church in Ellsworth. Appreciation to the following people for their volunteer help with the meals. Royce and Marlene Becker, Skip Birkett, Becca Dreesen and Darcey Groen.
WELCOME to Mabel Drenth into Ellsworth. This past week Mabel moved to her daughter’s, Loren and Karla Kix home, and they moved out to Mabel’s farm.
Sunday afternoon visitors with Sweer, Florence and Sharon Arends were Keith and Marvella Klaahsen, Sibley, IA; Glen and Barb Arends, Lester, IA; Doug Arends, Sioux Falls, SD and Daryl Kruger, Ellsworth.
It is not to early to be thinking of a New Year’s Resolution !!! Volunteers are needed for help with the residents activities, especially at this time of the year, with the mail, when they want to send Christmas greetings or when they need greetings read to them.
