Pat Birkett, of Richmond, VA and Skip Birkett, of Ellsworth, attended a SURPRISE Birthday Party at the Bluestem in Luverne, on Saturday evening, for Jay Drenth’s 60th birthday, which was planned by his wife Mimi Drenth. Others attending were Jay’s father, Whitey Drenth, and all of Jay’s brothers, sisters and families.
The Ellsworth Red Hatters gathered on Tuesday at Perkin’s in Sioux Falls, SD for their monthly get together. Those attending were Janet Smit, Sioux Falls, SD; Jo Larson Brandon, SD; Sherrie Prokes, Judy Rosenberg, Judy Peterson, Brenda Fenton, and Marge Trupe all from Ellsworth.
Many area people attended the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church Sunday evening for their delicious Soup and dessert supper.
