Mark your calendar now !!! The last Mass at St. Marys Catholic Church in Ellsworth will be October 7, 2018. We are very sad that Father Tom Jennings is retiring and the church will be closing. Many parishioners will be attending other churches in the area.

This will be the year for remembering: snowstorms, a four day power outage, and now rain, rain and more rain. Crops and flowers were planted later than usual and now many of the flowers are being eaten by the earwig bugs. To make matters worse, I heard the first cicada (locus) on Saturday evening July 7, 2018.
