Dragons rally to 10-run rule MLA-C

The Dragons won their home opener by overcoming a 4-1 deficit in the fourth inning, eventually defeating Mountain Lake Area- Comfrey by the 10-run rule in six innings.

Offensively, the Dragons were led by Zack Loosbrock who went 3-4 with two doubles and two RBI.  Lonneman was 2-2 on the afternoon with a triple, two RBI, two BB, and three runs scored.  Wagner had two hits to go along with two RBI. Both Harder and Cauwels had a hit and two RBI.  Stamer contributed with a hit, SB, two RBI, and two runs scored.  Hendel had a hit to go along with a RBI.   Alex Loosbrock scored three times to round out the Dragon offense.

This week will see the Dragons host two games and travel for two more.  RRC-WWG comes to town on Tuesday while MCC will be in Adrian Thursday.  Adrian will then travel to Ruthton and Tyler for a double header vs RTR.

The Dragon record stands at 3-1 (2-0 in the Red Rock Conference).
