The Lady Dragons hosted Edgerton Public on Monday, October 17. As it was Parents Night, the game plan was to come out swinging and give parents a show. However, with a tough serve, the Dutchmen pulled ahead of the Dragons in the first set and the Dragons were unable to catch up to them, losing 17-25.
The Dragons lost the second and third set as well, 15-25; 7-25. Kasie Tweet had 4 kills on the night and served 9-10 from the service line. Miah Kunkel also had 4 kills. Paige Tweet contributed 3 kills, and Lexi Slater had 11 digs. The Dragons ended up 8th in conference play and the 11th seed in sections.
