NOTICE  OF  PLANNED  HEARING  FOR  VARIANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Adrian will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 25, 2013 at City Hall; 209 Maine Avenue in Adrian, Minnesota, Nobles County to pass upon the petition for variance as received from Scott and Dana Heidebrink 408 E Third Street; Lots 10 & 11, Block 2, Campbell’s East Side Addition, City of Adrian, Nobles County, Minnesota.  Said variance is to build a 40 x 64 storage shed.  The new shed is to be constructed on the above listed property a minimum of five (5) feet from the platted Tennessee Ave right of way.  The placement of this structure does not meet the thirty (30) foot setback requirement, as per City Code.

Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting
