Mimi Schleusner, Rock Rapids IA. was a Sunday evening caller with her mother, Ruth Birkett and brother, Skip Birkett.
Darius Klingenberg, Adrian was a Saturday afternoon visitor with Jim Mulder. Helping Sharon Arends celebrate her birthday on Sunday afternoon were her parents, Sweer and Florence Arends, sister Marvella Klaahsen, Sibley IA; brothers Glen and Barb Arends, Lester, IA; Ervin and Lori Arends, Little Rock IA and Uncle Daryl Kruger. We have had our share of cold weather lately, but that only came after a few days of the January thaw. Of course we must take the bad with the good. The Ellsworth Panther Girls Basketball team have been coming up with a few wins, Good Work Girls ! ! ! Keep it up. The flu and colds have been predominate in the community lately. Do take care! ! Stay warm, keep drinking liquids, WASH YOUR HANDS and cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing. |
