TO: THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE DEFENDANT JOSE C FUENTES AND ANY OTHER PERSON WHO MAY HAVE AN INTEREST IN THE BELOW DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the Amended Complaint on file with the Nobles County, Minnesota District Courts, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the February 14, 2020, (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice by Publication), and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that this action, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the County of Nobles, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
The West 20 Feet of Lot 5 and the East 39 feet of Lot 6, all in Block 4, North Lake Subdivision, City of Worthington.
