City of Adrian Public Hearing
March 20, 2017 at 6:00 P.M.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Council of the City of Adrian will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. to consider an independent tax abatement request from Tom and Corrine Lonneman, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 469.1813 and 116J.993 through 116J.995. The request is to abate the City of Adrian’s portion of newly-generated, real estate taxes on the dwelling related to new residential home construction on the afore-mentioned subject’s property for a period of 5 years; as defined in the Nobles Home Initiative guidelines. The property is located at: 819 Maine Ave, Adrian, MN (Country Club Second Addition, Parcels 21-0362-560 & 21-0362-565)
The public hearing will be during the regular session of the Adrian City Council Meeting; which is held in the Council Chambers of the Adrian Government Center at 209 Maine Avenue, Adrian, MN 56110. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Those unable to attend are invited to send written comments, prior to the hearing, to: City of Adrian, P.O. Box 190, Adrian, MN 56110
