Each year, students and staff take one week in the middle of winter to break up the monotony and celebrate some of the many good things happening at the school.
The royalty for Snow Week is selected by the teachers each year in order to honor eight seniors for their positive leadership in the classroom, in school activities in the community.
The Snow Week candidates for 2017 are Consuelo Gil, Taylor Heidebrink, Mikayla Jeffers, Katie Reisdorfer, Zach Hendel, Mitchell Lonneman, Nate Lonneman, and Jacob Stamer.
The Snow Week King and Queen will be crowned during an assembly at the school on Monday, February 6 at 11:30am.
The week includes three themed dress-up days this year for students and staff in grades 6-12. Monday is Pajama Day, Wednesday is College Day and Friday is Snow Day.
On Tuesday, the royalty will be introduced at the boys basketball game at 7:00pm and an all-school assembly will be held Wednesday during Advising.

High school students will participate in the annual Dodge Ball Tournament on Friday afternoon. On Friday night, the boys basketball team plays at home.
Snow Week 2017 will wrap up with the high school Snow Week formal dance at the American Legion in Adrian from 9:30 – Midnight.
