Merry Christmas
Happy New Year
It’s almost a new year. Are you ready? The holidays have gone so fast. It’s almost completely done and 2020 is right around the corner.
Walking around town you could see lots of cars parked at houses, signaling family get togethers. That’s one of the best things about the holidays.
The warmer weather has been great! We just never know what tomorrow will bring, so let’s enjoy it while it stays.
The Senior dining Center has their December birthday party on December 30. Call ahead for reservations.
Also on the 30th at City Hall from 2-4 p.m. is an open house for people to say good bye to Mary Boots and a welcome to Jill Wolf and Megan Vortherms. Stop in and have a cookie with them.
School activities are quiet, so not much to tell.
Congratulations to Jeff and Tawny Bullerman on the birth of a new son, Coyer and Colt and Kaitlyn Bullerman on a new daughter, Coven Victoria. What great Christmas presents.
Thought for the week: Unfortunately worries and problems don’t take a vacation during the holiday season. If you are upset about something, take a moment and tell God about it. Give words to your worries and then let them go. Let them rise above to Him for His care.
Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night.
Have a Happy New Year!
