A Mass of Christian burial will be held for Baylon F. Loosbrock, age 92, of Brooklyn Park, MN on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at the Church of St. Raphael in Crystal, MN. Services will also be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Lismore, MN on Thursday, November 29, 2018, with visitation at the church beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Anthony Cemetery, Lismore, MN. Baylon passed away on November 22, 2018.
He was born February 25, 1926. Baylon graduated from the University of Minnesota and was a veteran of WW II. He was a long time parishioner of the Church of St. Raphael, in Crystal and also was a member of the Brooklyn Center Rotary Club, Westphal American Legion Post #251 and Fr. Wm. Blum Knights of Columbus Council #3656.
Baylon is survived by his children, Renee (Rick) Briguet; Gene (Vickie) Loosbrock; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Tom Loosbrock; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Cleo (Kerner) Loosbrock and Elaine (Powell) Loosbrock; his parents, Clara (Hebig) and Leo Loosbrock; sisters, Dulcee Albright and Marilyn Loosbrock; and brother, Marvin Loosbrock.
Memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
