NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION OF ALLEY
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held before the City Council of Adrian, Minnesota at City Hall on the 24th day of September, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to hear all persons present upon a resolution of the City Council for the vacation of an alley and right-of-way described as follows: The alley between Block D and Block E, First Addition, City of Adrian, Nobles County, Minnesota. From the north right-of-way of First Street West to the southerly right-of-way of the Buffalo Ridge Regional Rail Authority aka MN Southern Railway Inc. Said alley runs south to north and is bounded by Block D to the East and Block E West.
Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting.
