NOTICE OF PLANNED HEARING FOR VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Adrian will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 23, 2018 at City Hall; 209 Maine Avenue in Adrian, Minnesota, Nobles County to pass upon the petition for variance as received from Randy Strand, 321 Connecticut Ave; Lot 5 & 6; Block 2, Porter & Mohl’s Addition, City of Adrian, Nobles County, Minnesota. Said variance is to build an open porch on the East side of the home. The open porch is to be constructed twenty five (25) feet from the Connecticut Avenue street right of way. This construction does not meet the thirty (30) foot street right of way setback requirement, as per City Code.
Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting
