We are enjoying the idea of Spring and what it will bring. Our snow will disappear at a faster rate. Saturday and Sunday were spent in the pursuit of snow geese which was unproductive. There were plenty of Canadian geese but no snows. Flocks of robins were also noted but no snows. We drove over 200 miles with lunch at the Dairy Queen in Dell Rapids, SD. It was a nice tour. The license was two dollars and fifty cents but the gas was considerably more. It looks like you can count on them showing up briefly this week around Thursday if they come this far to the east.
Later this week we will be looking at a small set back in weather with chances of rain and snow and freezing temps in the night. There will be a need for caution when outside. Falling on the ice this time of year would not be the way to usher in a new season.

The minister gave his Sunday morning service, as usual, but this particular Sunday, it was considerably longer than normal.
Later, at the door, shaking hands with parishioners as they moved out, one man said, “Your sermon, Pastor, was simply wonderful – so invigorating and inspiring and refreshing.”
The minister, of course, broke out in a big smile, only to hear the man say, “Why I felt like a new man when I woke up!”
