NOTICE OF PLANNED HEARING FOR VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Adrian will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017 at City Hall; 209 Maine Avenue in Adrian, Minnesota, Nobles County to pass upon the petition for variance as received from Donald Wolf, 409 West Fifth Street; Lot 16 & North ½ of 15; Block 36, First Addition, City of Adrian, Nobles County, Minnesota. Said variance is to construct a storage shed southeast of the existing home. The storage shed is to be constructed on the above listed property one (1) foot from the South property line. This construction does not meet the five (5) foot side yard requirement, as per City Code.
Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting
