I hope everyone enjoyed the stories found in the supplement of the Nobles County Review the week of Angus 9th.

Review writer Kristine Kern wrote a great story  about Boysie and Marlene Bullerman and their Century Farm.  There are also great pictures of the Bullerman farm and the Bullerman families who bought and lived on this Century Farm.  Just imagine not having a can of corn for two years!  Marlene and “Boysie” still welcome all their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to come to their Century Farm and make new memories!

Writer Deb Kroon from the Nobles County Review writes a great story about the Tom and Trish Bullerman family being named “Farm Family of the Year”  for 2017!  What a great honor.  Tom and Trish and their two sons are all involved in their farm and they do a business with their animals.  It takes time and testing but the Bullermans are proud of what they have done the past few years and their Angus cattle are proof of their time and work in a great business in the midwest. There are some great pictures taken in the Nobles County Review.   Congratulations Bullerman’s on your Century Farm and Family of the year. Congratulations also to the Heidebrinks and Christians who are also featured.

Did you thank God for the good rain on Sunday afternoon and night?

Thank you to Tim Berglund of the Countryside Inn for his kindness to Kay Cox.

The Presbyterian Church of Lismore will have their annual sandwich and salad supper on August 21st at the Lismore

American Legion starting at 6:30 p.m.  It’s always a fun evening.

Found this quote by Father Flanagan of Boys Town.   “It costs little to teach a child to love, and so much to teach him to hate”.
