ORDINANCE NO. 90, 2ND SERIES
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ADRIAN, MINNESOTA, AMENDING ADRIAN CITY CODE, CHAPTER 9 ENTITLED “PARKING REGULATIONS” BY CHANGING PROVISIONS RELATING TO TRUCK PARKING; AND, BY ADOPTING BY REFERENCE, CITY CODE CHAPTER l AND SECTION 9.99 WHICH, AMONG OTHER THINGS, CONTAIN PENALTY PROVISIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ADRIAN, MINNESOTA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. City Code Section 9.17
Sec. 9.17. TRUCK PARKING. Subd. 2 is hereby amended to read;
Subd. 2. It is unlawful to park a detached truck-tractor or semi-truck, a detached semi-trailer, nor a tractor-semi/trailer combination upon any street, City-owned parking lot, or other public property except in sign-posted areas of streets as specifically designated by Council resolution.
Section 2. City Code Chapter l entitled “General Provisions and Definitions Applicable to the Entire City Code Including Penalty for Violation” and Section 9.99 entitled “Violation a Misdemeanor or Petty Misdemeanor” are hereby adopted in their entirety, by reference, as though repeated verbatim herein.
