I was able to get out this week and see some of the countryside. The crops are looking good. Rain is needed for the crops along with the trees, shrubs, and flowers. There is a chance for it over the next 4 days.

On Saturday evening July 15th, representing the Ellsworth Legion Color Guard in the Adrian parade were: Lonnie Boltjes, Marlyn DeBuhr and Paul DeBuhr.

The local people celebrating the 14th annual Nolte reunion at the Countryside Inn at Adrian this year were: George and Marg Shurr; Ruth Birkett, Skip Birkett, Ellsworth and Pat Birkett, Richmond VA. In all there were approximately 24 in attendance.
