Suedkamp Addition Seeking Bids for Seventeen (17) Residential Lots
The City of Adrian is individually selling seventeen (17) residential lots on its Suedkamp Addition. The sales details will be available on the City of Adrian’s website (http://www.adrian.govoffice2.com) on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. Sales information and sale-ending dates will vary by the selling lot(s). City Attorney Brian Daiker of the Heeden, Hughes & Wettering Law Firm will be administering to the closing of all of the City’s residential lot sales.
The City of Adrian reserves the right to refuse any and all bids and to accept bids on the basis of what is best for the City.
