Auxiliary plans busy summer

The Adrian Legion Auxiliary is hosting a pancake breakfast on April 23rd, at the Adrian Legion building from 9:00 am – 1:00 p.m.  They will be serving scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, toast, biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee.  The breakfast is a free will offering and proceeds will go to the Legion Riders and various community youth projects throughout the year.

The Legion Riders will be coming through Adrian.  There will be more details on date and times as they come in.

The poppies will soon be out in businesses. The Auxiliary supports various community projects and organizations with the donations from the poppies.  Plans are underway for Memorial Day, May 29th.  The Legion and Auxiliary host the cemetery services and following the services, a luncheon at the Legion building.  Details on all area Memorial Day services will be in the Nobles County Review as the date approaches.  The Auxiliary will wrap the summer up assisting Curt Hendel during his second annual Dawg Days of Summer Summit on July 8th.
