Charlotte (Lottie) Ramona Andrews (Hoffman) of Hemet, CA. died March 8, 2017 at Loma Linda Medical Center, Murrieta, CA. after a short illness.
Lottie was born in St Kilian, MN. on December 10, 1936 to John Henry Hoffman and Mary Margaret Hoffman (Hebbleman). She was the youngest of 11 fun-loving brothers and sisters, Arnie, Butch, Cyril, Harriet Penning, Quentin, Salome Diekmann, Vi Moser, Stan, Marie Thomas and Fuzz.
At the age of 18 she moved from Wilmont, MN. and, after living and working in various big cities, she settled in Long Beach, CA. where she met and married the love of her life, Wesley Dale Andrews in a small Navy Chapel in Long Beach. They recently celebrated 58 years of loving marriage.
After spending 33 years supporting Wes in his Navy and Police Officer careers and raising 3 children, in 1988 they sold their San Diego, CA. home of 20 years and started their RVing adventure. After travelling the continental United States they finally settled in Hemet, CA in 2000.
Lottie is survived by her husband, Wesley Dale Andrews; Daughters Connie Marie Guerra (Andrews), Borrego Springs, CA and Jennifer Lea Andrews, San Antonio, TX; Son Jonathan Dale Andrews (Christy); Brother Stanley (Bub) Hoffman, Worthington, MN; Grandchildren Matthew Murguia, San Diego, CA.; Whitney Light (Corbett), Flagstaff, AZ.; Sarah Jarvis, Murrieta, CA.; Claire and Joey Jarvis, San Diego, CA. Great-Grandson (and little love of her life) Felix Jordan Light, Flagstaff, AZ. Lottie is also survived by many nieces and nephews and life-long friends she loved and cherished. Throughout her many travels and years away, Wilmont, MN. always held a special place in her heart. Lottie enjoyed laughing with her fun loving siblings. She loved her children, grandchildren, flowers and especially the beach.
Per her wishes, there will be no service after her cremation. As a breast cancer survivor donations may be made, in her name, to the American Cancer Society. Condolences can be sent to Wes Andrews 1295 S Cawston Ave. #307 Hemet, CA 92545-9096.
