On Wednesday March 8, 2017 visitors with Sweer, Florence and Sharon Arends were Jeff Arends, Little Rock IA; Herman K. Kramer, Adrian; Mary Kramer and Daryl Kruger, Ellsworth. They helped Florence celebrate her 95th birthday.
Then on Sunday afternoon visitors with Sweer, Florence and Sharon Arends were Glen and Barb Arends, Lester, IA and Ervin Arends, Little Rock IA helped Florence celebrate her birthday.
LENTEN SERVICES
Stations of the Cross will be on Fridays at Parkview Manor Nursing Home, Ellsworth at 9:30 am with Mass, and then again on Fridays at 3:30 in St Mary’s church. ZION PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, ELLSWORTH on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, Light supper at 6:00 pm with Worship at 7:00 pm.

Old Man winter raised his head again. We had snow on Friday, about 2 inches and on Sunday, probably 5 inches plus, wind was blowing to hard to really tell. The reports are that we will have another 2 or 3 inches Sunday night into Monday morning. Thankfully, Spring starts on Monday the 20th.
