Nadine Dawn Raley, age 52, of Rushmore, died Monday, January 30, 2017, at the Sunset Hospice Cottage in Worthington. She was born May 20, 1964, in Estherville, IA, to Everett and Elvira (Ihnen) Reinders. Nadine graduated from Windom High School in 1982. She then graduated from Worthington Community College as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1984.

Nadine married Daryl Raley on November 10, 1984, at Bethany Lutheran Church near Bergen, MN. The couple lived near Rushmore. Nadine worked at Sogge Good Samaritan Center in Windom before she began working at the Worthington Regional Hospital. She also worked at the Sanford Hospice Cottage in Worthington & Luverne.

She was an active member of the First Lutheran Church in Worthington. Nadine enjoyed watching her kids play hockey & Little League. She also enjoyed her “grand dogs” and her horses.

Nadine is survived by her wonderful understanding husband of thirty two years, Daryl Raley, Rushmore; three sons, Matthew (Mercadies) Raley, Round Lake; Jesse Raley, Sioux Falls, SD; and Jonathan Raley, at home; brother, Steven (Jennifer) Reinders, Prior Lake; sister-in-law, Linda (Gene) Rotharmel, Salinas, CA; and nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Samantha Ann Raley, in 1995; and a sister-in-law, Barbara (Raley) Harms.

Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Wednesday at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Worthington; and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Funeral will be 10:30 am Thursday at the First Lutheran Church, in Worthington, officiated by Pastor Jeanette McCormick. Burial will be in the Sunset Rest Cemetery in Rushmore.
