Ellsworth News – Dec 21

Icicles, snowmobiles and snowmen, Oh my, Oh my, Oh my !!!!  What a weekend.  Reports vary, some say 3 to 6 inches, others 8 to 12 of snow.  I suppose the gauge is whether you are looking at it or shoveling the lovely white flakes.  No one seems to remember when the temperatures in the area were this low…. Some reported their thermometers read -31 and others recorded -29 on Saturday morning.  The cold wind added lower wind chill temps on the already cold morning.  The weather has felt like January and February.  Could that mean March and April will be

more Spring like?  We can only hope.
