PUBLIC NOTICE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The Nobles County Joint Powers Transit Authority will receive proposals at Southwestern Minnesota Opportunity Council, Inc. until 10:00 a.m. on November 14, 2016 to provide taxi service to persons in the City of Worthington and Nobles County.
Proposals shall be directed to the Nobles County Joint Powers Transit Authority, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside of the envelope “Attention: Taxi Proposal”.
The Nobles County Joint Powers Transit Authority reserves the right to reject all proposals.

Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving proposals, Prairieland Transit System staff will publicly open proposals in the board room at Southwestern Minnesota Opportunity Council, Inc. The Nobles County Joint Powers Transit Authority will consider such proposals at a meeting of the Nobles County Joint Powers Transit Authority.
