Architect Firm Hired for Library Project

On Tuesday, July 19, 2016, the Nobles County Commissioners unanimously voted to hire Cannon Moss Brygger Architects (CMBA) of Sioux City, Iowa, to oversee the Adrian Branch Library renovation project.  The CMBA came in with the lowest bid of architects for the project, while providing a more comprehensive plan.  The cost to have CMBA lead the project was $24,000.  The money will come from the library’s reserves within the county’s capital projects building fund.

Now that the CMBA has been hired, the renovation project is on schedule to begin sometime this fall.  All of this takes time, but it is hoped that the project will be completed in early 2017.
